Laboratory Manager (f/m)

We are looking for a Laboratory Manager (m/f/d) as of 01.08.2022, or as agreed.

Specifically, your duties will include:

• Management of a team of 6 employees and the coordination of laboratory projects
• Development and optimization of industrial coatings
• Together with the sales department the consultation and demonstration at the customer’s site
• Discussions with raw material suppliers
• Complaint processing

Your qualifications:

• Professional experience paint technician, industrial foreman chemistry or bachelor’s/master’s degree, each with extensive knowledge in the field of industrial paints and their raw materials
• Application technology experience
• Leadership experience
• Team player with hands-on mentality
• Good PC skills, preferably RSW-Orga ERP³.
