We talk together about requirements and specifications such as substrate and processing, but also about resistance and standards that the product should subsequently fulfil. Once points such as corrosion categories or chemical resistance and UV resistance have been discussed, we select the right product for you together.<\/p>\n

Here too, solvent-based or water-dilutable products are available to suit your individual requirements.<\/p>\n

Structured Paints – <\/strong>Chic & inexpensive<\/strong><\/p>\n

An attractive surface for your product and save costs at the same time?
\nNo problem with structured paints. Elaborate substrate pre-treatment (filling, sanding) can be omitted, as small irregularities disappear visually.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

Structured paints: often used, but rarely noticed (take a closer look at your computer case: fine texture).<\/p>\n

Whether modern switch cabinets, machines and plant components (medium to coarse structure) or safes (extremely coarse structure). You can achieve a wide range of effects with one system – simply by varying the processing parameters. You should no longer use hammer finish paint due to its silicone content (paint defects, craters).
\nThe silicone-free structured paints can be printed on or painted over without any problems!<\/p>\n

This process can also be used to create interesting new design ideas, e.g. two-coloured surface: beige primed with light brown structure, or white structure on coloured substrate. There are no limits to your creativity.<\/p>\n

    In order to select the right system, the exact application conditions are important:
    \nThe type and concentration of chemicals, temperature and exposure time as well as the substrate to be protected are important information for a durable coating.<\/p>\n

    HEAT-RESISTANT COATINGS – <\/strong>Decorative, colourful and glossy<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    These coatings have a long-term temperature resistance of 250 – 300 \u00b0C, depending on the colour. In addition to excellent adhesion, e.g. also on aluminum, they are characterised by excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. Typical areas of applications are ovens, cookers, fireplaces, but also small appliances such as sandwich makers, waffle irons, toasters, etc.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Due to their good dishwasher suitability, these products are also used for exterior coating of cookware, pans, woks, etc.<\/p>\n

    TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS<\/strong>
    \nIf a high level of corrosion protection and permanent temperature resistance up to 600 \u00b0C is required, these coatings are ideally suited. Various systems, including zinc dust, are available. Application examples: Exhaust systems, disc or drum brakes, exhaust systems, technical chimneys and ovens.
    \nFor optimum adhesion, the substrate should be sandblasted.<\/p>\n
