Whistleblower protection act

The whistleblower protection act is a way for you to inform us about possible violations of legal regulations or compliance guidelines that you observe in connection with your professional activities or in contact with our company.

We take your anonymous reports seriously and treat them confidentially. We protect you from any reprisals you may suffer as a result of your report.

The whistleblower reporting portal is based on the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), which came into force on July 2, 2023. The Wistleblower protection act regulates the protection of natural persons who report information on offences that fall within the scope of the law. These include offences that are subject to criminal penalties or fines, as well as violations of federal, state and European Union legislation in various areas such as money laundering, product safety, road safety, environmental protection, data protection and tax law.
