2Pack Top Coats

Topcoats either with primer or as single coats – so-called monolayers or single coats.

Product details

In the area of top coats, either with primer or as single coats, so-called monolayers or single coats.

Together we discuss requirements and specifications such as substrate and processing, but also resistance and standards that the product should subsequently meet. After points such as corrosion categories or chemical resistance and UV resistance have been discussed, we jointly select the right product for you.

Here, too, solvent-based or water-thinnable products are individually available for you.

Structured Paints – Chic & inexpensive

An attractive interface for your product and save costs to boot?
No problem with structured paints. Time-consuming substrate pretreatment (filling, sanding) can be omitted, as small surface imperfections disappear visually.

Structured paints: often used, but rarely noticed (take a closer look at your computer case: fine texture).

Whether modern control cabinets, machines and plant components (medium to coarse structure) or safes (extremely coarse structure). You can achieve a wide range of effects with one system – simply by varying the processing parameters. You should no longer use hammer blow paint because of the silicone content (paint defects, craters).
The silicone-free structured paints can be printed or painted over without any problems!

This process can also be used to realize interesting new design ideas, e.g. two-tone surface: beige primed with light brown structure, or white structure on colored background. There are no limits to your creativity.

Where do you want to save costs with textured paints?

CHEMICAL RESISTANT COATINGS – For chemically aggressive areas we offer various special systems

  • 2Pack-PU-Paints
  • 2Pack-Epoxy and tar epoxy
  • 1Pck-Chlorinated and cyclic rubber
  • PTFE-2Pack- and stoving systems

To select the right system, the exact conditions of use are important:
Type and concentration of chemicals, temperature and exposure time as well as the substrate to be protected are important information for a durable coating.

HEAT-RESISTANT COATINGS – Decorative, colorful and glossy

These coatings have a continuous temperature resistance of 250 – 300 °C, depending on the color shade. In addition to excellent adhesion, e.g. also on aluminum, they are characterized by best mechanical and chemical resistance. Typical applications are ovens, stoves, fireplaces, but also small appliances such as sandwich makers, waffle irons, toasters, etc.

Because of their good dishwasher suitability, these products are also used for exterior painting of cookware, pans, woks, etc.

TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS
If high corrosion protection and continuous temperature resistance up to 600 °C is required, these coatings are ideally suited. Various systems, including zinc dust, are available. Examples of use: Exhaust systems, disc or drum brakes, exhaust systems, technical chimneys and furnaces.
For optimum adhesion, the substrate should be sandblasted.

Zuelch tip

Expensive injection molds, printing rollers, matrixes and other high-quality and sensitive surfaces are safely and reliably protected during transport and storage with peelable lacquer.
