Large workpieces (e.g. children’s furniture) or geometrically complex raw parts can be coated by hand spraying with special coatings for the toy sector.
Spray paints are generally used when, for example, tumbling coating is not possible.
Everything is possible here, from matt to high-gloss surfaces. The colourless coatings can be coloured with our tested colour concentrates and the shades are unlimited.
Depending on the application profile, you can choose between water-dilutable and solvent based coatings as well as 1Pack and 2Pack systems:
Here are some properties, depending on the respective lacquer system

- free from fungicidal and bactericidal wood preservatives
- suitable for children’s toys in accordance with DIN EN 71-3, PAH, phthalates etc. (test report available)
